Do i need equipment to take the classes?

No. My programs are designed to be able to do anywhere. All you need is a quiet place to be, a blank wall, and your smart phone with video capabilities. A phone tripod does make it easier to maneuver your screen, but it’s not necessary.

do i have to have a background in gymnastics/acrobatics?

No prior experience doing anything is necessary! All you need is a desire and openness to learn, grow, and work toward your goals with me. Since this is a customized plan, it’s based off of YOU and only you. We start wherever you are and work to reach your full potential.

how is this different than personal training?

My programs are skill-specific, instead of being focused on body aesthetics or weight loss. You are working toward a goal and skill which keeps you motivated and focused from those accomplishments, instead of being too body-obsessed. In this way, you become a stronger and fitter person as a by-product.

what is your refund policy?

For monthly plans, you can pause or cancel anytime. You do need to pause 10 days before your next payment though. Once you have purchased the month though, you cannot be refunded/pro-rated for that month.

Punch passes are non-refundable, except for extenuating circumstances that we can discuss.

what does a typical session look like?

Once you have purchased your membership type, you are given all of your sessions. You then are able to book yourself into my schedule. You receive a text reminder before your appointment. In this text, there is a link to click on which opens a Google Meet video chat. Open this at your appointment time and that’s it!

At the first consultation, we chat about everything about your training style and history, your goals, struggles, injuries, etc. Then I create a plan for you and we go through it together.

After that, I send you a Google doc with your Week 1 Program in it. Each exercise has a link to a video of me demonstrating the exercise. There are also follow along videos included so you can just click to follow along with me throughout the week at your training sessions.

We text anytime throughout the week, I always follow-up with you at least once between your appointments, but you can reach out anytime.

At our next appointment, we talk about how the prior week went and go through any exercises you are having troubles on or that we need to go over. We make tweaks to the plan, progress it or modify it as needed, and repeat this process the following weeks.
