WHY I AM HERE
A few years ago, I suffered a spinal injury and it completely changed the way I train. I could no longer sit, get out of bed, or complete daily tasks because of the excruciating pain and frequent flare ups.
As a circus acrobat, this was life-altering. I thought I would never be able to achieve my athletic goals after all.
I began to focus on handstands and joint stability and mobility in all ranges of motion. This turned out to be the key to helping my back! And in turn, it ended up helping the rest of my body too!
I immediately started adding all of these exercises to my current in person students. They noticed the same benefits.
Fast forward a few years, and I am at an even higher skill level than before my injury and I’m feeling better than ever.
I decided to open my online schedule so I can help more people achieve their goals, prevent injuries, and age gracefully.
In these virtual coaching sessions, I ask you all about yourself, your training history, and what your goals are if you had no limitations.
Then I will teach you how to get there. I’ll create a program that fits into your life and we will make tweaks to it as we move along. I will be with you every step of the way.
At our virtual chats and texting you in between sessions, you’ll be able to ask questions, get feedback, accountability, and encouragement from me.
Helping others reach their goals and have epiphanies is what brings me joy. I want to be by your side to help you live the life that I know that you can.
